Was the deal for Billabong to pay 3m for a stake in just the K2 area? If so how long do they have to except the offer...was it 10 days?

If Billabong go ahead and come up with the money and the deal is made...worst case scenario is VAN will need to pay them a percentage of the profits from just K2...this can only happen if VAN is a fully functioning gold mine ...thats a win, not to mention the other gold rich 100% owned ground that will be being processed.
