the tabang jv was a 49/51 % cooperation and bayans investment was around 45 mio $ according to jv terms. therefore whites basic investment was around 45/50 mio $ ,too. the fact that wec increased capex to over 100 mio $ seems to be extraneous in this particular case.
~ 50 mio $ is the amount lawyers are talking about next week - IMO. any ideas ?
