@278126 correct it's just lip service from the government because the 2 major stumbling blocks in trying to get any thing done is the EPA and native title and they both have their own agenda's which can take years and both seem to delight in holding up any development. With this new law coming in on the 1st July , which by the way was kept very quiet until now things will become unworkable for private enterprise.
