Now that Mark McGowan is showing an interest in the SOP sector do you really think that he will be happy with the 73 cents/T royalty that APC, AMN etc are using in their calculations?The sting in the tail to this ML rental reduction will be setting a realistic royalty rate for a high value product.
Take a look at the RWD PFS for a detailed discussion on the likely royalty rate. RWD has actually approached the WA government for clarification.
$25/T is more realistic and adds $24.28/T to the operating costs for APC, AMN etc.
