If their largest, highest grade deposit is uneconomical at current nickel prices, what do you think the rest of the lower grade assets would be profitable?
Essentially BSX bought a speculative call option on nickel to increase by 25% with 12 expiry for 1m. If that doesn't happen, the project has negative NPV and is essentially worthless. There is a reason this asset has been stranded and on care and maintenance for over 10 years. If you think Wabowden can be mined economically right now, it is nothing more than wishful thinking from your side.
