No need to carry debt with somewhat of a high interest rate when you have significant cash in the bank earning nothing and no immediate use for it. This is normal risk mitigation to bring the loan back to something that is very manageable although WAF have flagged they may pay it fully off in 2021 if all goes well. Now that they are a producer they can borrow funds at far more favourable rates for new projects if they need to in the future.
