Yes but they have the financing done for it, I myself am not interested in receiving the dividends and maybe seen to be jumping the gun...when a company issues dividends investors view those companies as safer and too many investors are kept away from waf because of the risk, I myself would feel more comfortable, it's another positive box tick when deciding to invest.
