Too many "newbies" try to justify "chart" speculation and forget the reasons why Price moves occur.
I too sold WAF shares, immediately and will buy back in the Cap Raise.
24000 shares = the $30K limit.
Of Course the SP was going to DROP on the Announcement ---an obvious "fundamental" fact.
