I don't think a 1 for 4 would be accepted by PDI as currently their market cap is 1/3 of WAFs.
I know @nordesmic has interests in both so I will be interested if he chooses to give his opinion on such a move at this point in time.
Waf still crazily undervalued imo but its been that for well over 12 months.
