God forbid a capital raise. Seen it too many times. Obtain from institutions and sophisticated investors, pitched just below market and temporarily at least disadvantaging us retail folk. If needed for acquisition in a second jurisdiction prefer WAF go for debt - their CR must be AAA with a few ++! Especially low cost of debt at the moment and assuming POG holds, a relatively quick pay off.
