That's my opinion. But given that they're extending across two years, people may make financial decisions based on the projection, and the consequences of over-optimism, I'm inclined to accept it in a general note like that one. I bet Phillip Lowe wishes he'd been a lot more conservative when he was projecting interest rates across two years in 2022.
