It has to be with great confidence for Richard to mention the first gold date on 1 July 2025. Overall he's a person on conservative side and when he put out such a pricese date, I would take it, and with good chance of ahead of schedule.
Also, Richard repeatatively mentioned Kiaka run rate would be 20% higher than nameplate. That's also a good sign. Bonus: WAF is using quality equipments from Europe, not the cheap Chinese made.
Sandbrado production increased by 15% is very positive. That means AISC should at least be maintained to the guidance if not beating.
All in all, it's a wonderful presentation. Fingers crossed and GLTAH.
