Morningstar Quant analysis must be pretty screwed up.
Or do quants now take geopolitical factors into consideration?
The NPV's should be way over what they are suggesting for "Fair Value".
So they are discounting for something with a heavy hand.
Perhaps they are applying a 50% discount for country risk.
Seems a tad excessive to me....or they need new batteries for their calculators......
Better to just apply a huge discount to their analysis!
