I believe the Bukino Faso government are not silly and value WAF involvement in their country and would prefer not to nationalise gold mines as they much prefer to leave it to the experts, but believe they need a bigger slice of the pie nonetheless.
Unlike the government in Mali , they prefer negotiation rather than strong arm tactics and I believe my investment in WAF is far superior to my RSG investment, so much so that when I get back above break even in RSG (almost there as ave cost 64 cents) I will be selling my RSG shares and redistributing the funds across my favourite gold miners and ETF's . They are WAF, NST, RMS and ETF's GOLD, GDX and ETPMAG.
I prefer to take an opportunity to derisk and move money into safer bets with great upside. I also have a couple specky stocks I might look to enter further into like AVM ( gold/silver)
and CLA ( copper/gold) just to play the strength in Copper and precious metals.
