It will be interesting how they structure this transaction. From what I've calculated they hold about $68M at the current price or 2.6% of shares. They have said they will do it as part of their regular index reconstitution and rebalance cycle, though it seems like it would be too much to try and offload on a single day without tanking the price.
It's not just WAF either. There's about 10 ASX listed gold miners in the same boat.
