I dont punt on exploration. I do few things per year and then back up the truck when boxes get ticked. Has been my MO for 20 odd years. I have been a STX holder and may be again but at the moment i prefer to be on the sidelines. There is enough liquidity sloshing around that picking up an appropriate position is doable when/if the time comes. It wont go from 11 c to 50 c in a session. I dont get 10 baggers this way but a few x2 x5 a year is fine with me. Losers are few and small. Downside stops are tight. Over the many years ive been on HC there have been few stocks i could get motivated to post on: HDR, SIR, UMC were good ones (all taken over), QGC (although pre HC iirc) was the most satisfying: the dewatering data provided by the company allowed getting set early based on analysis of the release. So i watch Jaws with interest and wait patiently. The Jaws moment may never come but fingers crossed.
