ajgeo - If you did this task for 25 years no sense debating the topic - you definitely know what your talking about. And great to have a glass half empty look to balance the half full. From my investing perspective, all that matters is the eventual flow test (think 88e icewine). Everything else either risks that or de-risks it.
Mind you - I cant think of another case ever in my O&G career or investing life that has the signs of success as this.
In any case, if we had all the answers right now the SP would be 30c+ so no real surprises to me atm.
