Personally i'd prefer the company finalise the Wailwai before securing access to more tenements. I suppose this is positive news, in that given the time that has passed that the vendor (CEP) still is a interested in dealing with EOR (being a related party deal greatly assists this point).
One can then assume that EOR are still working towards finalising chapters 1 & 2. When this (satisfying chapters 1 & 2) ends would be anyones guess, here's hoping it's still not months/years away.
