The company has issued many timetables in the past of which none have been met. They will eventually meet a published timetable, here's hoping it's this one.

Re pre-ipo raising (which really this is) always happen, let's hope it's kept to a bare minimum. If offered shares and the shares a priced right, I would take some. Imo it's a cheap shell sub 1c.
