I am with you, been saying it for a while now. That I would take a dividend cut in place of a share buy back. Worked a treat for NST. They bought back big time in $6-$8 range, accumulated all the excess shares on issue that were loaned out, used for shorting and manipulation etc by certain entities. Now they are looking very solid at double those share prices with less games getting played. Even with the recent sell off of the gold price in the past week their share price has surprisingly held up very well.
