They have not been brought into the deal for their renewable expertise but there offshore drilling experience so it becomes irrelevant.
Jera will be the subject matter experts on renewables and Beach will be with them along for the ride and benefitting.
You are correct about previous forays into lands afar but that was sovereign ignorance and I think BPT has learnt its lesson although I did state in my post above we do need to stick to our knitting somewhat. However, on its face this looks like a reasonable venture and who knows where it may lead.
