Given that there has been no news on this, fair to
assume that no agreement has been reached and new price will go to arbitration.
one scenario is a $14 per GJ average price.
Year 1: $13.60
Year 2: $14.00 CPI increase of 3%
Year 3: $14.40 CPI increase of 2.8%
