I find it quite amusing that you think ASIC need to investigate the shorts, despite numerous people on this forum expressing concern about the recent 30% headcount cull. Clearly, you can't see the connection between the BOD wanting to sack 30% of the work force and this exact outcome of issues emerging that could have been avoided. No doubt, the 30% cull would not have been a surprise to most employees, they would have felt it coming and been acting accordingly to the sentiment of employees in the company. If you've never experienced negative sentiment towards employees, and a BOD or managers trying to push issues back down the hill, then you've lived a good life and I am pleased for you.

ASIC would look at your request for an investigation, see the 30% headcount announcement last week just before the shorts started piling up, and would proceed no further.
