Perhaps this is what happens when you cull 30% of your workforce, things just stop functioning the way they were. Maybe the work force wasn't that unproductive and maybe that was a bad decision. I'd be very interested to know if there is any correlation behind the impetus of this announcement and the employee sentiment at the moment.
