I'm not a trader I'm an investor and have been in the game, as you put it, for quite some time so have seen all this before. The only other comment I'll make is that it's not a game it's lives and livelihoods and this type of behaviour hurts ordinary folk who actually work and are productive members of society.
You are most likely correct RDD it's not unusual and I used the wrong word in this context. The word I was really after was 'corrupt'.
