These are performance shares, which are due. But they won't be issued without efdl approval. Which if there is still hostility in the air, won't be granted. There is a process in place now, with an independent contractor being given the task of establishing a valuation for the company. I have no doubt whatsoever that it will be substantially north of 23c. And therefore the board will have no choice but to recommend rejection. Then the process will move on with higher bid, efdl sell up as threated, or they just shut up. And sell out at a later time frame like Acorn did when they tried a cheeky takeover.
