Although, this time (as I indicated repeatedly), they may just be close to 80% from the warehoused shares.
Getting to the 90% mark (that the end goal) will be impossible for these dogs if they don't buy on market at a decent price.
I am pretty confident that's their plan to do just that to get that last 10%.
I expect the serious buying to start in April.
