Ann: Waiver Request, page-7

This does not make much sense to me guys.

1. Listing Rule 10.13 requires consideration shares to be issued no later than one month after the date of the meeting which was on 12 January 2015.

2. On 9 Dec 2014 the ASX granted a waiver from Listing Rule 10.13.3 on  condition that  the related party securities were issued no later than 12 months after the date of the meeting ie 12 January 2016.

3. This ann dated 28 Jan 2016 states that:
"The Company advises that the Related Party Securities are to be issued no later than 12 months from the date of the shareholder meeting, ...".​

But the `12 months finished on 12 Jan 2016!!

Have I missed something??
