To me, and I could be wrong, the second last paragraph causes the issue but I think it should read as "the old waiver part". That is, today's waiver waives the other waiver... But I'm just not sure to what end. At least by open on Monday we will find another piece of the puzzle, maybe the solution. Like stated, it means we are still on track.
