So will this just mean option holders will need to exercise these options before they are released from escrow? These are the armada options no? well 75m of them. Strike price is 2.5c so unless LPE plan to keep a massive lid on things hard to see these options not being in the money come expiry date - 7 months from now, that being said if Armada want to exercise these then they need to spend $1,875,000 to do so, and they will not be able to sell until after the 4th January 2018. The good thing for holders is that the company can grab the cash in 2017 and holders won't have to soak up the sell down until much later.
