    It might be tricky to have a CR at a premium price seeing that the SP has been pretty much the same since IPO. Seeing we will be cash flow positive very soon, wonder if there is a likelihood that they use a debt finance instead as they will be able to pay it off pretty quickly yet without diluting the stock. Thoughts?
