When We consider We will have hiking interest very soon, maybe it's not a great ideal to borrow. Having said that, we are still in a low interest environment and this will still last for a while, maybe it's not a bad idea to borrow if it's just a small amount.

I personally don't like financial leverage as it can increase your loss and risk when something unexpected happens. The management Does need to assess all the possible solutions carefully and do whatever can benefit most. To me, I hope they can find a institution that would like to support the project and raise at the premium, but it's better to prepare for the worst before it happens.
