    This keeps getting more diluted in my view:
    Annual report shows...
    182.8m shares on issue
    27.5m performance rights (free shares for execs when certain milestones are met)
    167.2m options at average exercise price of 27c

    Now I understand why the CEO is constantly doing roadshows trying to pump up the price. It is a red flag for me when CEO's are promoting their stock rather than running their business.
