I am unsure if the new plant (Stage 1) is working below nameplate capacity, or substantially not at all. If it is the formwe, the delay is no big deal. The smaller pilot plant, which is large enough to produce commercial quantities of kaolin has worked for years. There was an earlier lab-sized pl;ant in Dandelong that merely tested the possibility of the process working well for Wickepin ore.
