A delay does not make any difference to the target value of WAK. Being a start-up, we need to look some years a head. I have selcted the tonnage about six years ahead, and worked on WAK's value then, and reduced that to Present value. I'll post part of my model in a few minutes from now. I need to tart up how it cuts and pastes into HC.
