There are times when you can say that someone else's analysis is accurate.
Then there are times when you think it is
excellent.
HOWEVER, there is that certain time when you just think to yourself, this is just plain beautiful.

I might just add one thing, and it is far from having any peer reviewed data except hearsay, that in my conversation with Sorensen, he, and I will quote verbatim, said the resource was "multi-generational" in nature.
Hopefully I did not misunderstand the context of the statement, however, as you mentioned resource , let's hope there is plenty more sitting below that red dirt out there.

If we adhere to your figures however, and calculate earnings of approximately $60-80AUD/ t conservatively , then the nett income per $ of the MC appears relatively healthy.
Especially at years 4-5.

With luck, dividends might hopefully exceed bank interest , with perhaps an extra dollar or two to add to our inflation beaten discretionary spending budget.

I eagerly await more of your observations and hopefully a calculation of 'value' per share.
I think we can all appreciate your efforts so far.
