WAK has circa $20m debt, so that can be reduced early, and increased again if it is needed. There is nothing to be gained by having all the options being delayed until the 11th hour, because it is impossible for Management to to keep the lamp under a bushell long enough for the options to expire, and thus minimise share dilution.

I would think we won't see many of the WAK 25c options being converted until WAKs share price is hovering more around the 30c mark. I would think that once we start producing and seeing solid revenue, 30c will be reached and hopefully will keep going higher closer to 40c once there is momentum around Stage 2 proceeding. If they decide to accelerate Stage 3 as well then maybe we see 60c++?
