So once shareholders get their last fill @ 20c @spid81 then the final $5-$6M from insto's will trigger the CRDB's $20M debt component. Who knows what the shareprice could be around then when Full Funding is about to be confirmed.
So it's only $12 US to secure the $20M Debt component spid. Weren't your calculations something crazylike $40M.
