Options exercise at a 35 cent premium. Great work by the shareholder group including one director (no points for guessing who that legend is) . As stated in the announcement they expect an equity portion required by the investment bank. Tbis $8.75 mil at exercise amount should compliment and go towards the expected amount of equity required by the investment bank as a safeguard to the predominant debt funded amount. Being able to get this equity portion at 35 cents per option is much better than any deal that would have been arranged by the investment bank or dare I say it 'Pattos', as that would have been a 20% discount at a 5 day vwap.
