I am amused that OZNT acts as the unofficial investor relations department to supplement the increasingly infrequent tweets from NED Elliot.
That is two things "not quite right".
The fact that directors did not explain their reasons for not exercising in the money options is another thing that is "not quite right".
Maybe I just have unreasonably high expectation of public company Boards.....
