Hi Croc - NPV analysis is meaningless if funding can't be found. Debt and equity have different effects on any analysis - especially "per share" valuations which are a function of the number of shares on issue. Talking up a gross project NPV is complete rubbish without knowing how many shares will be on issue. So which fundamentals are in dispute? The equity to be issued. Why? Because debt funding as originally expected now looks doubtful. Effect? Lower target share price. Nect question please.
