The lack of a mining licence doesn't seem to having the impact of slowing down the operation as I first thought, seems things are progressing nicely and no party is too worried that the licence won't be granted or that it will too far off.
WKT will hit the ground running and like croc has stated, expansion will be on their minds shortly after with world wide demand for graphite growing daily it seems.
Graphite and Lithium stocks are now coming back into favour, IMO WKT will be one of the biggest movers once the mining licence is granted
