Cazz69, I have to agree with certain holders here: Equator Principles are absurd in the context of certain regions. Your classic egg-chicken problem but on development-aspirational principles.
With that said, a pre-operational company should only devote limited amount of cash to charity. It is, after all, construction and operations that will generate true and long lasting returns to SH and local stakeholders alike.
