    Certainly not a new release but a timely reminder as we move towards a low in the sector.
    Looking at the technicals here and it is positively divergent on the daily and weekly.
    All other indicators are beginning to turn up.
    Definitely not a given its going higher but the risk reward is to the upside.
    Anything under 5 cents is in serious bargain territory from what I can see.
