If these 'some of us' picked up the phone and called the company expressing their very valid frustrations perhaps there would be outcomes. Those conversations would be constructive, rather than complaints here that won't be heard.

I don't expect management start their day huddled around a computer on HotCopper taking notes.

There are several knowledgeable posters on here that take the time to explain certain processes to those expressing frustration that don't understand them. They certainly become lectures when they are repeated.
