    Share price is the key and with a closing share price of 10 cents today NXM are very vulnerable now to a takeover bid at a very low price compared to where it has recently traded.
    Say a bid was to come in at 15 cents that would mean a MC of approximately $48,750,000 for NXM.
    With NXM’s accumulated losses as of 30/6/2022 sitting at $42,392,120 I’m sure it becomes a very attractive proposition for NST.
