Fredwah's post above is imo close to the mark where he mentioned the void and extreme narrowing at depth. Also there's the exaggerated of width.
All this combined to give an MRE more than 5 x smaller than I'd anticipated.
My question is: if they want to monetize this asset then what's the best option?
