    NXM has enough cash right now. No CR dilution needed.
    Lacks insto investors.
    Cuts back the deadwood with an end of the world Ann.
    Creates buying opportunity for instos.
    Retail holders exit on mass while management act caring and responsible but just don't know what to do?
    In a week or so a positive Ann produces a bounce to reward and cultivate new holders
    Seen it before.
