Copy that but Toll was mentioned which means up front haul road costs but also means not selling off anything and after the initial haul rd setup costs it will be a good fund inflow for future exploration costs. We can then chip away at searching our tenements at will to hopefully track down a reason to establish a gold camp. This is now a mid to long term investment imo.
