you nailed it. classic case of over promising and under delivering. people trying to dress this up re jorc bla bla . if that was true it would be the first ever west perth outfit to drastically under sell the huuuuuuge potential to keep the lifestyle going. I sold at 13c. just another stranded asset waiting for a takeover .
